Monday 6/1/15

It was a beautiful day when we woke up, but it was pretty early because we were going to play shuffleboard! It was about 7:00, so we didn't want to wake up Grandma and Kay. We brought breakfast into our room and cooked it there! Once we were done, we walked down to the shuffleboard court. I won both of my games. After many victorious games, we returned all of the stuff to the sports area and went to the room to get ready for the long day at the pool. We finally got ready for the pool and went off to look for a chair. The only chairs that were there were the ones at the kids pool, and it was windy! Luckily, I was in the pool most of the time. We quickly got lunch back at the room and went back to the pool again. Once it was about time for dinner, so we went to the room, prepared the food, and went to the grills. I helped grandma as we made mouth-watering steaks that were amazing, served with a very, very hot potato. Later that night, we went to watch the sunset on the beach. It was a beautiful sight. Then when the sun disappeared behind the skyline, we went to bed peacefully in our hotel room.
