Sunday 5/31/15

On the second day we were in Aruba, we started our day off by grocery shopping! By the time we ate and were ready to go, our taxi driver was already there waiting for us. We hurried in the car and were off to Superfoods. Grandma told our taxi driver to be back in 30 minutes. We already made a list, so all of us were assigned foods to get. All of the kids had to find bacon, and after a LONG time of looking we couldn't find it... lol. Once we got through the bacon emergency and found it, we searched for the rest of the food on the mile long grocery list! It took us so long to find all the food that we had to make Chris go out and tell the taxi driver to wait for a couple more minutes. About 45 minutes after we arrived we were finally done, wooh hoo! We hopped back in the car and headed back to the hotel. The funniest part about the grocery store trip was trying to haul all the bags of food up to the room! But don't worry, no food was damaged in taking it up to the room... mostly. After it was all unpacked we, of course, headed to the pool! We spent the rest of the day there taking hilarious photos with the underwater camera. Then, that night we had some delicious ziti that grandma made for us. And to end the night, we played some hilarious rounds of apples to apples. ~ Lindsay :)
